For the second time this week, Justin Bieber is a suspect in an alleged assault.
A Las Vegas man who says Justin Bieber assaulted him after Game 3 of the NBA Finals in Cleveland has filed a police report over the alleged incident.
Sources told the gossip site that the allegations are only surfacing now because Cannon had been "trying to settle up with Justin but he just wouldn't play ball". The two walked outside, and Bieber took a pair of Versace sunglasses from the other man, donned them, and Cannon began taking pictures of Bieber wearing the sunglasses.
A restaurant staff member got sight of the episode and called the L.A. County Sheriff's Department to report what had happened - but when police arrived, the 22-year-old already departed the scene.
After Justin's team also allegedly got involved, the man - said to be much bigger than the Love Yourself singer - was treated in hospital for injuries including a concussion.

Both versions get 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which will be further expandable via a microSD card slot. The fingerprint scanner is either expected to feature at the front beneath the screen or at the rear.
The report, released Wednesday by Cleveland Police, says Bieber and Rodney Cannon, 34, were drinking together at a bar at the Westin, on St. Clair Avenue.
Bieber grabbed Cannon's phone and started deleting photos.
'The victim stated that he took Bieber down to restrain him he believes that Bieber's bodyguard punched him while he was restraining Bieber'. Cannon also claimed that Bieber damaged his phone.
TMZ says police are investigating the matter as a misdemeanor battery even though the employee has said he doesn't want to press charges.
