Angelina Jolie is set to make a major Hollywood comeback with a string of new projects. Sources told "The Hollywood Reporter", that some of the offers that landed on the actress' plate included the Disney sequel "Maleficent 2", a period espionage drama titled "The Spy Who Loved", as well as an adaptation of "Catherine the Great and Potemkin: The Imperial Love Affair" by Simon Sebag Montefiore.

Jolie's last film in front of the camera was By the Sea, which she also wrote and directed, and costarred in with her now ex-husband, Brad Pitt, but bombed at the box office.

The kids beamed with delight as they joined their mother at the grand unveiling of her latest project.

All six of the children flew to Cambodia for Saturday's world premiere of "First They Killed My Father", which is a real life account of the Khmer Rouge regime in the 1970s in which more than one million people died of starvation, exhaustion, disease or in mass executions.

Police Officer Killed, Second Officer and Suspect Injured During Shooting in Whittier
One officer was killed and the other wounded while they were trying to help a man who had been in a traffic accident in Whittier. The suspected gunman was identified as Michael Christopher Mejia, 26, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Jolie, in some of her first comments on the divorce from Pitt, was asked if she still thought of the actor as the "wonderful father" she had called him several years ago. By picking the right interview outlets and staging the appropriate photo opportunities, Jolie illustrated during a press blitz this weekend that she is doing just fine without a publicist. Of course, we will always be a family. Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016 due to irreconcilable differences.

"I don't want to say very much about that except to say that it was a very hard time", the 41-year-old actress/director stated while trying to hold back her tears.

Jolie now has custody of her six children with her "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" co-star, and they recently agreed to handle the rest of their legal battle in private. Besides, she also cited that they are still a family no matter what.
