Chief Keef was arrested in Miami Beach Saturday and charged with a DUI after cops found him nursing a cup of sizzurp, also known as Purple Drank, the Daily News confirmed. According to police, Keef began moving his hands around inside the auto, and officers held him at Taser-point.

Police stopped Chief in his green Maclaren, as well as a vehicle behind him, when a guy in Chief's passenger seat got out and handed off some bud.

According to the Miami Beach Police report.

India, China bury differences to fight off piracy attempt
China's navy says its forces rescued a freighter from attack by pirates in the Gulf of Aden over the weekend. The two warships were part of an Indian fleet of four vessels heading for an overseas deployment.

At that point, the cops did a full search of both Chief's auto and the trailing vehicle, and found "more weed and other substances". One of the passengers also had an outstanding warrant, and the Altima's driver was charged with driving with a suspended license, the report added.

Police said Cozart failed a DUI test and told them, "When you find weed in my urine, I'll just get my attorney to get my marijuana card". Police put McElrath in handcuffs and held Chief Keef at Tazer-point until they could conduct a search of both cars. There's no word if Keef, and the four people, who was also detained by police, will be charged with drug offenses as the investigation is still ongoing. The four other people in his vehicle and the tailing auto received a mix of charges, including possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, and, in the case of two of the four other men, having between them a total of thirteen fradulent credit cards. The rapper was also arrested in January this year for breaking and entering the house of producer Ramsay Tha Great and assaulting him.
