Marvel Releases First Teaser For The Inhumans

As the video slowly reveals the logo, we hear Iwan Rheon's Maximus plot against his brother Black Bolt (Anson Mount). "You're talking about treason", the female character, presumably Isabelle Cornish's Crystal responds. Of course, he says that he wants freedom for all of the Inhumans, but it's more complicated than that, we believe.

"What I'm talking about is freedom".

Still. if Maximus' political agenda also includes doing something about Medusa's wig, he has our support.

Each day for the last week, Marvel has gifted us with another peek inside The Inhumans. And while the series will share a universe with Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. This series is a Marvel and IMAX project and is co-produced by Marvel Television and ABC Studios.

While speaking with EW, showrunner Scott Buck offered up a few hints about what to expect in the eight episode first season. But a core group, who have known of their genetic predisposition for centuries, live in an isolated, futuristic city called Attilan, which is ruled by the aforementioned Royal Family. Maximus is Black Bolt's brother, while Black Bolt's wife, Medusa, is the sister of Crystal. "Obviously we knew him well through Game of Thrones, but he can do a lot more than that". The first poster for the show seems to confirm that the Imax cinema screenings of the first two episodes will begin on Friday the 1st of September. The show kicks into gear when the royal family is splintered by a military coup, which finds them barely escaping to Hawaii and interacting with Earth humans in surprising ways.
