"Starting today, we're rolling out the ability to send money with PayPal on Skype". "You can already conveniently send money via PayPal or Venmo through other apps", Engadget notes. After that, you'll have to log in using PayPal and once you send the money it'll even show up in your conversation. Users will be prompted to confirm their location and to link their PayPal accounts to their Skype profiles the first time they use Send Money. PayPal handles the money transfers and usually within moments, your money is on its way. To send money, you'll need to be using the latest version of Skype for Android or iOS but, confusingly, you can send money to somebody using any version of the messaging app.

Microsoft, which owns Skype, says that while you will need the latest mobile version of Skype to send money, that doesn't apply to the recipient.

Skype said the feature will initially work in 22 countries; check out the list below. And don't worry about sending money overseas. That is, sending is free when you use your PayPal balance or debit card in the U.S. If you choose to use a credit card instead, the fee is 3.4 percent of the transaction amount plus $0.30.

AMD's enthusiast RX Vega graphics cards arrive August 14 starting at $399
The starting Vega model is the $399 RX Vega 56, which features 56 compute units to power your high-end gaming experiences. The Vega 56 will launch for just $399 and is going to be battling against the Nvidia GTX 1070 graphics card.

Send Money is supported in the U.S. Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain, according to the two companies.

This integration between Skype and PayPal makes it incredibly easy for users to transfer money to a contact on Skype without having to jump between this app and their browser or banking app.
