"I had nothing to do with these recordings", Sabbag continued. "I'm truly sorry for any involvement I had in this", she told reporters.

However, in yet another twist the girl involved in the drama, Montia Sabbag, is denying she has done anything illegal.

Sabbag did not reveal the identity of the person or persons she thinks made the recording, but her attorney made it clear it's a felony to sneak cameras into a private hotel suite and record a sex act.

"It is a crime to secretly put cameras in a private place like a hotel room". Hart has reportedly been meeting with investigators so that they can catch the extortionist. "This is not about money", Bloom said.

The plot thickens as authorities believe an extortionist is behind the video and is asking for millions of dollars to make the tape go away.

The Late Show host has soared in the ratings this year with comedy that has been sharply critical of Trump and his team. Liberal commentator Keith Olbermann tweeted that the Emmys lost its credibility by lionizing Spicer .

Bloom said her client had "no idea" who made the recording leaked to TMZ.com. In the most explicit portion of the tape, it's unclear who is on a bed in the video, but after the bed scene, two people who look like Kevin and Montia are walking around in various stages of undress.

I represent the woman at the center of the Kevin Hart scandal. "We are not suing him", said Bloom.

Kevin has now broken his silence - claiming someone is "trying to extort money from him". Any reports to the contrary are false.

In the photos, a man who the sited identified as Kevin can be seen chatting up a woman who is seated on a ledge.

As previously reported, on Saturday, Hart issued a public apology to his wife, Eniko Parrish, and kids for "bad error in judgement". "But I'm not gonna also allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes". News Parrish-who is pregnant with Hart's third child-has accepted her husband's apology and plans to move forward with him as a couple. "It's a s-ty moment when you know you're wrong and there's no excuses for your wrong behavior".
