Rob Kardashian Countersues Blac Chyna, Claims She Was The Abuser

Just when you thought their drama was finally over, Rob Kardashian filed a lawsuit against his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna for alleged assault, battery and vandalism.

Rob also alleges that later the same night, Chyna "lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle [him] with the cord around his neck".

He went on to claim that Chyna caused $100,000 worth of damages to the house that he was renting from Kylie at the time by kicking in walls, breaking down doors, and smashing a TV. He says he tried to leave in his Bentley, but Chyna threw a chair at his ride and then struck him with a metal rod.

While Rob's absence may come as a surprise to some fans, it's not all too unusual: The reclusive reality star, who has struggled with weight gain and depression in recent years, stopped filming the show for a significant period.

The lawsuit also reveals Chyna's contract for her and Rob's E! show and shows that she was making $92,500 per episode. Since their split, Rob has also uploaded revenge porn against his baby mama, which forced Chyna to seek a restraining order against her ex-fiancé and respond with domestic violence accusations of her own.

Kardashian and Chyna share a 10-month-old daughter, Dream.

She allegedly took one of his guns and was "carelessly playing" with it "unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on", the complaint states, according to People.

Kardashian escaped but that didn't stop Chyna reportedly.

Chyna is also mother to four-year-old King Cairo, her son with rapper Tyga who dated Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner up until this past March.

On Saturday, a source told PEOPLE that Rob is ready to focus his energy on Dream.

The 12-page document provides a scathing account of Chyna and her personality.

The source added that Kardashian should've raised the issue in December if the situation was so serious rather than waited until now to take legal action against Chyna. "They want Rob and Chyna to get along because it benefits Dream".
