Head coach David Shaw announced Thursday that he will start sophomore quarterback K.J. Costello over senior Keller Chryst in Saturday's matchup with no. 25 Washington State. Tavares Martin Jr. is the leading receiver with 48 catches for 638 yards and seven touchdowns while Jamal Morrow has 413 rushing yards and three scores.

Stanford: RB Bryce Love sat out last week's squeaker victory over Oregon State with an ankle injury, but remains the nation's leading rusher with 1,387 yards this season. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 55 points. He did, however, throw the winning touchdown pass with 20 seconds left. The Wildcats (6-2, 4-1 Pac-12) only had the ball for 21 minutes but still lit up the scoreboard in a 58-37 rout. They have posted a 3-4-1 record against the spread, including a 1-3-1 mark ATS on the road.
