As we gear up for another summer of transfer uncertainty Real Madrid boss Zinedine has refused to rule out that his club are interested in signing PSG's Neymar.

Neymar's time at Paris Saint-Germain has been odd.

According to French and Spanish media Neymar has reportedly told PSG directors he wants to quit the club after only one season.

Real have only added to the confusion by openly courting the Brazil global.

"Expectations are big ahead of the World Cup", Neymar told Zico, in an interview for the former Brazil international's official YouTube channel.

"I am sorry that you've had to come all the way out from the centre of Paris to ask that question, wondering what they'll say and if anyone will say anything", he said, reports Marca.

"I don't believe so, as what we care about is what we are doing at the moment".

Punjab's situation worsened further as Jofra Archer dismissed an in-form Karun Nair (3) to leave the visitors reeling at 17/4. The Royals were reliant on Jos Buttler's 51 to set a relatively modest target of 153 that Kings XI steadily chipped away at.

Back in October, it was the Argentinean's turn to be "happy just to be nominated" as Ronaldo claimed his second consecutive FIFA "The Best" award, following a season where he inspired Real Madrid to a La Liga and Champions League double.

According to Mirror quoting Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Neymar has told club and worldwide teammates Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Thiago Motta and Dani Alves that he plans to leave PSG if he wins the World Cup with Brazil in Russian Federation.

'Neymar will start his physical preparation with the ball tomorrow, ' PSG said in a statement.

"I am very pleased to have played with players like Victor [Valdes], Carles [Puyol], Andres [Iniesta] and Xavi".

"Good players can always play together".

"All three of us were close - to the point of being inseparable! We were happy together and true friends".
