Kirk, a Scottsdale native and Arizona's second-round pick in this year's draft, was a standout wide receiver at Texas A&M for three seasons.
According to the report from the Scottsdale Police Department, Kirk and Carter McCarthy, both 21, were booked and released on the night of February 3 for throwing rocks at auto windows.

According to TMZ Sports, the officer wrote the following in the police report: "I further noticed the grinding movement of his jaw and continued blank stare".

According to Scottsdale Police: "The suspects were intoxicated and leaving the WMPO. Our understanding is that the process will be resolved in the near future but while it remains an active legal matter, we won't comment further", the franchise said in a statement.
